I am supposed to blog every day. I am supposed to listen to training for at least 1 hour a day. I am supposed to home-school my children. I am supposed to clean house. I am supposed to be a loving wife. On top of that Thanksgiving is right around the corner and as always it is at my house. Which means I now have to clean even more, because I will not have company over unless my house is clean, I mean clean. If I had my way we would use paper plates, cook in all disposable pans and use disposable cups, but my husband wants the Good Dishes, to use all the fine crystal and Real glasses. Of course, the fine gold plated silverware. All the meats are supposed to be cooked by my mom, but just talked to her and she is sick and unless she feels better by Tuesday I will be cooking the meat on top of everything else. Don't take me wrong I enjoy having everyone over, but this year I don't know if I will make it. Stress is my enemy.  I fight Chronic Fatigue Immune

Around 7 years ago our family visited this Memorial. As we watched the oil bubble up from the USS Arizona, I explained to our children, with tears streaming down my face , how as we put the flowers into the water it was a small way that we could say, “Thank You” to all that died that day. Strawberry Jello Shots For My Birthday Party My birthday is coming up on Dec 28 and I am really not drinker,  but I think this will be on the menu for the night.   Let the party begin! Strawberry Margarita Jello Shot Cups recipe Ingredients: 1 pack Strawberry Jell-O, ¾ hot water, 1 pack strawberries, 1 cup tequila, 3/4 cup Cointreau, sugar and lime for garnish. Cut both ends of the strawberries, and use a melon baller or small measuring spoon to  scoop out the inside. Mix Jell-O with hot water, stir well to dissolve .  Add tequila and Cointreau to it. Pour mixture into strawberries. Put in fridge for 4 hours to set before serve. Get out of fridge and garnish the edges of the strawberries with lime juice and sugar                                                            Kids Jello Shots Just don't add the liquor.
